The Carnival Development Corporation will have open dialogue with private promoters ahead of the carnival season.
Chief Executive Officer of the Carnival Development Corporation Rodney Small says these conversations would help with the planning and coordination for the carnival season.
He also says this will allow persons to understand their role in the promotion of this country’s premiere festival.
