General Manager of the Center for Enterprise Development CED, Ronette Lewis is calling on male entrepreneurs to take greater ownership of their businesses by focusing on both their personal and professional growth.
Lewis made the statement yesterday at the launch of the technical assistance for Men’s employment and Entrepreneurship development TAMEED Project at the NIS conference room.
The initiative, which aims to equip men with the necessary skills and support to strengthen their businesses, is the first of its kind in the country. The project is being implemented with funding from the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, which provided a cheque for EC 348,713 towards the initiative.
Lewis further explained that this endeavour is about more than just business development, accentuating that it aims to empower men to step up and build sustainable enterprises that will benefit their families and communities.
