MS CELESTE KIA IMANI WILLIAMS of New Montrose died on Thursday December 5th at the age of 23. The funeral takes place on Thursday January 16th at the Kingstown Methodist church. Tributes begins from 10am. The Service begins at 11:00. Burial will be at the Kingstown Cemetery.
