MRS ELNA LUENDA HOWARD of Ratho Mill died on Tuesday December 24th at the age of 97. The funeral takes place on Saturday January 4th at the Cathedral of the Assumption, Kingstown. Viewing begins at 9:00 am. Funeral Mass begins at 10:00 am. Burial will be at the Chauncey Cemetery.
