Senior Environmental Health Officer Ralph Williams says consumers can request an inspection certificate for the meat they purchase during the holiday season.
Speaking on NBC Radio, Williams says this certificate can offer peace of mind to consumers.
He adds that an inspection certificate is proof that the product has met all safety and quality standards.
