MR CLEOPHAS ELBERT JEFFERS better known as CLEO of Montreal, Canada died on Monday November 18th at the age of 24. The funeral takes place on Saturday December 7th at the Kane and Fetterly 5301 Decarie, Montreal, Canada. The body will be cremated.
