Tourism and Culture Minister celebrates resilience of Vincentian people at Independence Military Parade

Minister of Tourism and Culture Carlos James has described the people of St Vincent and the Grenadines as the biggest asset the country has.

Speaking at the 45^th anniversary of Independence Military Parade on Sunday the minister said the resilience of the Vincentian people has set the narrative of post-colonial development in St Vincent and the Grenadines.
