MR CELBERT ROBERTS of Spring Village formerly of Richland Park died on Tuesday October 8th at the age of 69. The funeral takes place on Friday November 1st at the Kingstown Chapel. The body lies at the Chapel from 11:00 am. The service begins at noon. Burial will be at the Kingstown Cemetery
