MS PANSY FRANCOIS better known as PATSY of Arnos Vale died on Tuesday September 24th at the age of 77. The funeral takes place on Wednesday October 16th at the St. Elizabeth Spiritual Baptist Church. The body lies at the church from 10:30 am. The service begins at 11:00 am. Burial will be at the Belmont Cemetery.
