MRS ALTHEA ARIA JOYLES-DUNCAN-SHORTT better known as I-RAH of Tortola died on Thursday August 15th at the age of 70. The funeral takes place on Saturday September 7th at the New Life Baptist Church, Duffs Bottom, Tortola. The body lies at the church from 10:00 am. The service begins at 11:00 am. Burial will be at the Sea-cows Bay Cemetery.
