Minister of Agriculture, Saboto Caesar has announced that backyard farmers with one acre and under of land will receive support in the form of 500 dollar vouchers.
The Minister made the announcement at a recent UBEC handing over ceremony at the Cumberland playing field.
The vouchers can be used at the agricultural input ware house for items for farming.
Minister Caesar said that backyard farmers play an important role in agriculture in SVG and will not be left out.
