Former Parliamentarian Offord Morris of Lowmans Windward is being accorded an official funeral in light of his contribution to St. Vincent and the Grenadines.
Prime Minister Dr. Ralph Gonsalves made the announcement in Parliament on Thursday.
Morris, who served under the St. Vincent Labour Party, died on Wednesday July 10th at the age of 95.
