Dr. Lewis has assured the Vincentian public that the recent spate of island wide blackouts was not caused by the testing of lights at the Arnos Vale Sports Complex.
He explained that during the first system failure the lights at the Arnos Vale Sports Complex were not yet connected to VINLEC’s system.
