The North Leeward Carnival Committee says it has a packed Calendar of activities this year.
Coordinator of the North Leeward Carnival Activities, Nadichia Browne tells NBC News they recently held a launch for their program of activities for Vincy Mas 2024 and it was a huge success.
Browne says their program of activities will continue this weekend with a Wet Fete.
