Preference should be given to smaller Spanish countries to house CELAC Secretariat – says PM Gonsalves

A smaller, Spanish speaking country should be considered to house a possible secretariat for the Community of Latin American and Caribbean States (CELAC).

So says Prime Minister who was speaking about possible locations for a CELAC Secretariat.

Prime Minister Gonsalves said that it’s important there’s a secretariat to help do the work on an ongoing basis.
