MS CARMEL ELIZABETH MILLINGTON DOUGLAS better known as TON-CANS of Ruthland Vale, Layou died on Friday February 2nd at the age of 84. The funeral takes place on Saturday February 17th at the Layou Methodist church. The body lies at the church from 1pm. The Service begins at 2:00. Burial will be at the Layou Cemetery.
