MR WAYNE BRIAN QUASHIE better known as QUARTY of Layou died on Tuesday November 7th at the age of 59. The funeral takes place on Sunday December 31st at the Mt Olivet Layou Baptist Church. The body lies at the church from 10am. The Service begins at 11:00. Burial will be at the Layou Cemetery.
