Prime Minister Dr. Ralph Gonsalves is proposing to launch a National Program featuring Sports and Culture to engage young people at the community level.
This was among matters addressed by the Prime Minister on NBC Radio this morning.
The Prime Minister said he will take the proposal to Cabinet today.
