MS JOY SYBIL MC DOWALL of Belair died on Friday July 21st at the age of 65. The funeral takes place on Monday July 31st at the Glad Tidings Tabernacle Church, Gomea. The body lies at the church from 1:00 pm. The service begins at 2:00 pm. Burial will be at the Belair Cemetery.
