MRS SYLMA LEE PHILLIPS of Brooklyn, New York formerly of Long Wall and Cane Garden died on Saturday June 17th at the age of 95. The funeral takes place on Friday July 28th at the St. Georges Anglican Cathedral, Kingstown. The body lies at the church from 11:00 am. The service begins at noon. Burial will be at the Kingstown Cemetery.
