Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries Saboto Caesar says as Small Island States, there are opportunities to harness the resources from the blue economy.
Minister Caesar made the statement following the 22nd Eastern Caribbean Ministerial meeting on Fisheries and Sustainable use of Living Marine Resources last week.
