MR KELFORD FREDERICK THOMAS better known as TOP UP of Calder and Kingstown Park died on Thursday June 29th at the age of 47. The funeral takes place on Saturday July 22nd at the Grace Community Baptist Church. The body lies at the church from 1:00pm. The Service begins at 2:00. Burial will be at the Kingstown Cemetery.
