MR SAMUEL CORNELIUS JOCELYN better known as SPANNY of Cane Garden died on Monday June 19th at the age of 75. The funeral takes place on Thursday June 29th at the Cathedral of the Assumption, Kingstown. The service begins at 1:00 pm. Burial will be at the Kingstown Cemetery.
