The current prolonged dry spell has resulted in an increase in the cost of exporting local produce.
That’s according to Minister of Agriculture Saboto Caesar.
Speaking on NBC’s Face to Face morning show yesterday, Minister Caesar said that the extreme dry conditions have resulted in a scarcity of produce, leading to higher prices.
