MR EZEKIEL ARTHUR better known as EFFORD JAMES of Lowmans Windward died on Thursday March 2nd at the age of 84. The funeral takes place on Sunday March 26th at the Seventh Day Adventist Church, Lowmans Windward. The body lies at the church from noon. The service begins at 1:00 pm. Burial will be at the Mc Fun Cemetery.
