MR SHELDON O-DEARI NOEL WELCH better known as RUTTERS of Caratal Village, Georgetown died on Thursday March 2nd at the age of 27. The funeral takes place on Saturday March 25th at the Berean Baptist Church, Caratal Village, Georgetown. The service begins at 1:00 pm. Burial will be at the Chili Cemetery.
