MR. E-ROY FRASER better known as MELLO and MELVIN of Chester Cottage died on Wednesday January 25th at the age of 71. The funeral takes place on Saturday February 25th at the New Testament Church, Georgetown. The body lies at the church from 1:00 pm. The service begins at 2:00 pm. Burial will be at the Georgetown Cemetery.
