MR VIBERT PHILMORE LYNCH better known as PARPO, BULK-MAN and SMALL CHANGE of Richmond Hill formerly of Layou died on Monday January 23rd at the age of 73. The funeral takes place on Friday February 17th at the Revival Centre Ministries, Murray’s Village. The body lies at the church from 9am. The Service begins at 10:00. Burial will be at the Kingstown Cemetery.
