MR ST CLAIR STANLEY JOSEPH better known as UNCLE JOE of England and Vermont died on Tuesday 17th January at the age of 83. The funeral takes place on Sunday 12th February at the Vermont Seventh Day Adventist Church. The body lies at the church from 11:00 a.m. The service begins at noon. Burial will be at the Penniston Cemetery.
