MR IZYA DARNELL CARTER better known as POWERS of Ottley Hall died on Sunday 4th September at the age of 19. The funeral takes place on Sunday 25th September at the Kingstown Seventh Day Adventist Church. The body lies at the church from 10:00 am. The service begins at 11:00. Burial will be at the Kingstown Cemetery.
