MR NOEL LAYNE better known as LAYNE-NEE of Rillan Hill and Kingstown Hill died on Friday July 15th at the age of 58. The funeral takes place on Sunday August 7th at the Kingstown Seventh Day Adventist Church. The body lies at the church from noon. The service begins at 1:00 pm. Burial will be at the Kingstown Cemetery.
