MS CAROL PHILLIPS better known as GRANNY CAROL of Penniston died on Thursday July 14th at the age of 98. The funeral takes place on Thursday 4th August at the St. George’s Cathedral, Kingstown. The Body lies at the cathedral from Noon. The Service begins at 1:00 pm. Burial will be at the Church Yard.
