The medical condition of Urban Development Minister Julian Francis is continuing to improve as he receives medical treatment at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Barbados.
So says Prime Minister Dr. Ralph Gonsalves as he provided an update on Senator Francis condition on NBC Radio this morning.
