MR ELSWORTH NOEL WILLIAMS better known as CA-DO of Largo Height formerly of Upstreet, Kingstown died on Sunday July 17th at the age of 70. The funeral takes place on Thursday July 28th at the St Peters’ Spiritual Baptist church, Dascent Cottage, Old Montrose. The body lies at the church from 9:00 am. The service begins at 10:00 am. Burial will be at the Kingstown Cemetery.
