MR RICHARD VORDON JACOBS better known as RAS OBA of Kingstown died on Saturday July 9th at the age of 73. The funeral takes place on Friday July 15th at the Grammar School Playing Field. The Service begins at 2:00pm. Burial will be at the Kingstown Cemetery.
