MR NORRIS VALLESTER NEWBOLD better known as DOCTOR JAY-GAN of Lowmans Hill died on Sunday April 10th at the age of 78. The funeral takes place on Friday April 29th at the Apostolic Faith Mission Church, Lowmans. The body lies at the church from 9:00 am. The service begins at 10:00 am. Burial will be at the Lowmans Leeward Cemetery.
