MRS INA RAGUETTE FRANCIS better known as MOTHER SAM and INEZ RAGGUETTE of Paul’s Avenue died on Sunday March 27th at the age of 98. The funeral takes place on Tuesday April 26th at the Kingstown Methodist church. The Service begins at 10:00 am. Burial will be at the Kingstown Cemetery.
