MR NEATON NORMAN THOMAS better known as LUTHER HOWARD and CASSAN of Fort Charlotte or Upper Edinboro died on Thursday March 3rd at the age of 94. The funeral takes place on Friday March 11th at the Chebar Evangelical Assembly Church, Rose Place. The body lies at the church from 10:00 am. The service begins at 11:00 am. Burial will be at the Kingstown Cemetery.
