MR DESSONE FILMORE LOUIE better known as SARGEANT BROWNE and GOAT WATER MAN of Rose Bank died on Monday 17th January at the age of 82. The funeral takes place on Saturday 19th February at the Prayer and Faith Assembly Church, Rose Bank. The body lies at the church from 10:00 a.m. The service begins at 11:00. Burial will be at the Dark View Cemetery.
