A local health care provider says the best way to avoid long Covid is to avoid contracting Covid -19 at all cost.
That is according to Nursing Supervisor for the Kingston/Georgetown Health District, Sister Glendorine Browne also spoke of the importance if vaccination during the covid-19 pandemic.
