DR. DARWIN BASIL WILLIAMS of New Montrose died on Monday December 20th at the age of 82. The funeral takes place on Thursday January 20th at the Kingstown Methodist church. Tributes begins at 9am. The Service begins at 10:00. Burial will be at the Kingstown Cemetery. Persons attending the funeral are asked to wear a Face Mask and adhere to the Covid-19 Protocols.
