MR NEVILLE BARBOUR PHILLIPS better known as BUGSIE of Layou died on Thursday December 2nd at the age of 44. The funeral takes place on Sunday January 2nd at the Seventh Day Adventist church, Layou. The Body lies at the church from 9am. The Service begins at 10:00. Burial will be at the Layou Cemetery.
