As Vincentians continue their preparations for the Christmas festivities, local Butchers are being reminded to comply with the relevant guidelines, to ensure that they produce meat that is safe for consumption.
The reminder has come from Chief Environmental Health Officer Nerri James, who advised persons to ensure that all meat purchased for human consumption meets all the required health standards.
