MRS JOAN PARSON MCMILLAN of New York formerly of Vermont died on Wednesday November 24th at the age of 70. The funeral takes place on Monday December 6th at the St Alban’s Episcopal Church, New York. Viewing takes place from 9am. The Service begins at 10:30. Burial will be at the Canarsie Cemetery.
