Minister of Health Wellness and the Environment St. Clair Prince is optimistic that AIDS can end by 2030 if work is being done to end all inequalities.
Mr. Prince made the statement at the opening of a Health fair this morning hosted by the Ministry of Health to commemorate World AIDS Day.
