MR PHILLIP CHARLES better known as ARTHUR TOUGH, BASKA and WIFE MAN of Bottle and Glass, Barrouallie died on Monday November 15th at the age of 90. The funeral takes place on Sunday December 5th at the Barrouallie Seventh Day Adventist Church. The body lies at the church from 9:30 am. The service begins at 10:30 am. Burial will be at the Glebe Hill Cemetery. Persons attending the funeral are asked to wear a Face Mask and must adhere to the Covid-19 Protocols.
