Health Promotions Officer, Shanika John is encouraging Vincentians not to drop their guard during the Christmas season as the COVID-19 pandemic has not ended.
Ms. John is reminding persons to continue to follow the covid-19 protocols as they conduct their Christmas shopping and other business during the holidays.
