The National Emergency Management Organization NEMO has been working with a number of entities to conduct lahar mapping here in St. Vincent and the Grenadines.
Director of NEMO Michelle Forbes says the mapping is being done to better understand what to expect when there is heavy rainfall.
Ms. Forbes says a Workshop will be hosted this week with a number of Agencies which will focus on Lahar Mapping.
