The Government’s Duty-Free Concession for Barrels and other personal effects commenced yesterday, Monday November 8th and is expected to end on December 31st.
Chief Operating Officer at the Port Authority Carl James, tells NBC News that they are expecting to have an increase in the Cargo flow this year.
He says they will again be operating additional warehouses where people can collect their items.
