Prime Minister Dr. Ralph Gonsalves is appealing to Vincentians to keep their surroundings clean and to eliminate mosquito breeding sites around the home.
Dr. Gonlslaves said such actions should be done to keep the number of dengue reported cases and deaths to a minimum.
